Open Access Policy
Financial Advisor is an open-access journal. All articles are freely available and can be downloaded without charge. Articles published in the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Financial Advisor also supports Green Open Access (Green OA). Green OA refers to the practice of depositing the accepted version of an author’s manuscript in a repository, where it is made freely accessible to everyone.
Benefits of open access for authors include:
- Articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, enabling broader distribution and increased visibility.
- Authors can easily comply with open-access mandates from their institutions or funding bodies, as articles are typically published under a Creative Commons license.
- The final version of the article can be reused and immediately deposited in any repository.
- In most cases, authors retain the copyright to their work.
- Articles are tracked for citations and indexed in major bibliographic databases.
- There are no space limitations, allowing for extensive supplementary materials, including figures, datasets, and video content.
- Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the full text of articles for any lawful purpose.
Publication Fee
The journal does not charge any fees for submission or peer review.
Please note that for papers accepted after December 31, 2025, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of RSD 35,000 (approximately EUR 300) will apply.
